Accounts Assistant

Contek are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a company in Gloucester. This position is within a busy and modern Engineering company that have shown steady growth over the last decade.

You must have experience working in Accounts & Payrollusing XERO software. In this position you would be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

Accounts & Payroll duties within the business.
It is essential you have experience using XERO.
Raising orders on their MRP system.
Checking stock levels.
Pre-kitting new orders.
Keeping track of the order book and updating where needed.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday
08:00 - 17:00

Friday
08:00 - 13:00
