How will you do this?

-Utilising your years of experience to offer a range of teaching strategies and opportunities to learn.

-Working with students, monitoring their progress and development, offering feedback and improvement plans where needed.

-Work in collaboration with both others in the department as well as the wider school community to promote values and the schools DNA.

-Promoting communication with parents/guardians.
