Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Assessor to join their team on a full-time, permanent, remote basis!

As an Assessor you will:

  • Operate within the learning & Development team, supporting and delivering nationally accredited qualifications to staff members
  • Courses delivered will include:
            • Teaching Assistant Level 3
            • Higher Level Teaching Assistant Level 4
            • Residential Care & Adult Care Work Level 3
            • Specialist Educational Needs Level 3
            • Leadership & Management Level 4
  • Provide learning support by assessing performance and related knowledge in a range of tasks
  • Support in the delivery and verification of non management programmes
  • Collaborate on wider learning and development projects across the organisation

To be successful as an Assessor, you will:

  • Have experience of delivering assessment within the education sector
  • Hold an Educational Qualification (QTS/QTLS/PTTLS or equivalent)
  • Be a qualified Assessor (A1/TAQA or equivalent)
  • An IQA qualification would be advantageous however, not essential

In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a remote based position with travel expected across the UK.
