A leading FMCG manufacturer renowned for it's global footprint and development opportunities is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Team.

PAY: 12 / hr

HOURS: 40hrs /week. Monday to Friday office hours

DURATION: up to 12 months

This is a temporary ongoing role, with further opportunities within the business for the right candidate

This is a full on-site based role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and archiving files, managing data, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

  1. Sort and organise file archives, ensuring all documents are accurately labelled and stored.
  2. Assist in data entry and management, maintaining accurate records and databases.
  3. Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
  4. Support the Quality Team with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
