A leading FMCG manufacturer renowned for it's global footprint and development opportunities is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Team.
PAY: 12 / hr
HOURS: 40hrs /week. Monday to Friday office hours
DURATION: up to 12 months
This is a temporary ongoing role, with further opportunities within the business for the right candidate
This is a full on-site based role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and archiving files, managing data, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Sort and organise file archives, ensuring all documents are accurately labelled and stored.
- Assist in data entry and management, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
- Support the Quality Team with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
