As the brand grows, we're excited to launch new store openings, offering customers a thoughtfully curated selection of well-being products, bags, accessories, and travel essentials.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Deputy Boutique Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales success.

Role and Responsibilities of this Deputy Boutique Manager:

  • Support Sales & Performance Goals - Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining budget efficiency.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience - Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and uphold luxury service standards.
  • Team Development & Motivation - Assist in training, coaching, and inspiring the team to achieve success and maintain high morale.
  • Operational Excellence - Help manage stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Visual Merchandising & Promotions - Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Strategic Decision-Making - Utilize KPIs and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize store performance.

Qualifications Required for this Deputy Boutique Manager:

  • Minimum of 1+ years as an as a supervisor, keyholder or team, department deputy or assistant management experience.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Ability to support and motivate a team to achieve their best.
  • Comfortable using KPIs and sales data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis would be an advantage.
  • Physical stamina required as regular bending and lifting (up to 15kg) as part of stock handling will be involved.
