It's Saturday morning, you are catching up with friends, enjoying an overpriced Latte and someone asks,

"How's work going?"

If you’re replying with anything other than

"Amazing! My new team are so supportive, we've worked tirelessly to get these recent results and going home each day knowing I’ve contributed to making a difference to these learners’ lives is so much more rewarding than my previous role."

Then we need to talk.

I am partnering with a Gloucester based school as they look to add to their Attendance Improvement team.

A well-established team doing some great work in improving attendance, but the work isn’t done yet and they need you to continue this success!

They are happy to look at someone ready made moving into a similar role but equally welcome applications from those with the relevant education experience and a solid skillset that can be implemented.

Why would I leave my current school to work here?

Aside from the career progression, welcoming and supportive environment, modern resources, collaborative work approach where your input is valued from day 1!

You will be joining a school who truly understand the importance of staff wellbeing. No one can do their job properly if they’re not at their best!

Examples of this are:

  • Employee Assistance Programme?
  • Mental Health First Aiders?
  • Long service awards?
  • Gym membership?
  • Funded flu vaccinations and sight tests?
  • A varied programme of well-being activities and club

Paying up to £29,000 per annum it will be a 37 hour working week, 41 weeks a year.

A lot more to discuss, so if even half of interest I recommend calling Gareth at Thrive as soon as you can!
