Halcyon are recruiting for full time and part time Female Support Workers and Female Care Assistants for days, sleeps and waking nights in Gloucestershire.
We work to support adults, children and elderly individuals who have Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Needs, and Dementia.

Typical shifts run 7am-230pm / 230pm-10pm / 10pm-7am (for waking nights and sleep-ins)
You will become part of our incredible support worker team, delivering emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults and children, and improving their lives on a daily basis.

What we are looking for in our support workers:
路 A minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker or Health Care Assistant
路 a Driver with your own vehicle is desirable but not essential
路 Excellent Communication
路 Reliability and Professionalism
路 A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to evidence of the successful applicant鈥檚 right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities as a Support Worker:
路 Provide compassionate care and support to adults with learning disabilities in various settings, including supported living, day services and residential.
路 Assist with daily living activities such as activities, social events, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
路 Monitor and manage behaviours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
