The Role:

As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for directly supporting and managing Service Users (SUs) within an assigned location. You will manage a caseload of service users, conduct regular welfare visits, perform property inspections, and ensure that all records are accurately maintained. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the service users receive the necessary support and that the properties meet health and safety standards.

About You:

You are an organised and compassionate individual with experience in housing management or a related field. You are committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and have a strong understanding of property management, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards. Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
