Job Role:
As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver small group interventions and restorative sessions.
- Support Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS pupils.
- Provide tailored emotional and social support across the school.
- Work in your own dedicated space for individual and group activities.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive school environment.
- Help implement the school's behaviour and well-being policies effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is essential.
- Previous UK school experience in a Primary School setting.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum, including KS1, KS2, and EYFS.
- Empathetic approach to working with children of varying needs.
- Experience supporting pupils across different year groups.
