Job Role:

As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver small group interventions and restorative sessions.
  • Support Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS pupils.
  • Provide tailored emotional and social support across the school.
  • Work in your own dedicated space for individual and group activities.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive school environment.
  • Help implement the school's behaviour and well-being policies effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Previous UK school experience in a Primary School setting.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum, including KS1, KS2, and EYFS.
  • Empathetic approach to working with children of varying needs.
  • Experience supporting pupils across different year groups.
