- Extensive Housing Management services to support residents in maintaining their independence and tenancies
- Delivering a person-centred service to promote independence, safety, and community living
- Collaborating with resident to develop tailored Tenancy Management Plans to meet individual needs.
- Managing the scheme effectively, including handling contractors, conducting estate inspections, and addressing tenancy breaches.
- Ensuring the building's safety, reporting repairs, and prioritising health and safety issues, for example, Personal Evacuation Plans.
- Managing voids and lettings to ensure quick property turnover.
- Supporting residents with rent management in collaboration with our income team.
- Coordinating closely with the care team to assess potential new residents and ensure service quality.
- Facilitating community engagement and events for residents' well-being.
- Understanding of older residents' needs, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with residents, colleagues and external agencies effectively.
- Experience managing anti-social behaviours, welfare benefits knowledge, and advocacy.
- Strong organisational skills, proficient in IT and business systems.
- A CIH qualification (D), or equivalent experience in housing or estate management.
- A valid UK driving licence, and access to a suitable vehicle.
