TristoneNash have partnered with a highly reputable social housing provider who is seeking to appoint a Housing Officer.

Location: Gloucestershire

Start date: Feb 2025

Homeworking: 2 days from home and 3 days on patch/in office

Length of Contract: 3 months on-going

Pay: Up to £23.00 per hour via umbrella

Hours of work: 37 hours per week (09:00am to 17:00pm with flexible working)

Your duties in this role would include:

  • Leading on housing management across a patch of around 700 properties
  • Handling ASB queries where required
  • Dealing with rent arrears and providing advice to tenants on managing money
  • Carrying out estate inspections and liaising with repairs team/Contractors
  • Inspecting property conditions, handling abandonments and handling court processes
  • Aiding tenants to sustain their tenancy and to avoid evictions
  • Dealing with mutual exchanges, sign-ups and successions

Essential requirements for this role:

  • Drive, with access to a vehicle and a clean license
