Neighbourhood Housing Officer Required

Venn Group are looking for a Neighbourhood  Housing Officer for a Housing Charity in Gloucester

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Deliver excellent and consistent services to the neighbourhood. This includes; Income recovery, Tenancy management, Anti social behaviour complaints, Empty property management, Letting new homes and customer viewings.
  • Undertake property visits according to targets and gathering customer data.
  • Safeguard service users and sign post them to further their support.
  • Work with team leaders to maintain each neighbourhood ad ensure the needs of that community are being met.
  • Take responsibility and be accountable for the collation of key performance data to monitor performance in all area.
    • Liaise with tenants and their support networks to provide help, advice and support.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role
  • Ideally Ideally CIH level 3
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Own vehicle
