Role: Qualified Adults Social Worker Location: Gloucestershire Salary: £37,938 - £39,513 Eden Brown are looking for Adults Social Workers in Gloucestershire on behalf of Gloucestershire county council. We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable in their practice, someone who is creative, innovative and searches for imaginative solutions that are not always obvious. You need to be self-motivated, pragmatic, and resilient. We have full time and part time Social Worker positions in our Adult Social Care Locality Teams as follows: *Cotswold Locality Team (based in Cirencester) *Gloucester Locality Team *Cheltenham Locality Team *Stroud Locality Team *Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team (work county wide). Please, note that due to the current workload, 5 days per week in the office are required. We are unable to offer hybrid working for this team. In addition, Hospital experience is required. * Learning Disability Team (based in Gloucester, but work county wide) . The successful candidate will: - Have a minimum of 1 years' experience working in an Adults Social Worker role within a statutory setting - Have a social work qualification and be SWE registered - Have completed your ASYE programme or have relevant statutory experience - Thrive in a fast-paced environment - Have the passion to promote people's strengths and the ability to make a difference in a safe working approach to social work practice - Have the right to work in the UK If this role could be of interest, please apply now to avoid disappointment.
