The position is for a locum Social Worker in the Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team, requiring full-time office attendance five days a week with no hybrid options.
Candidates must have hospital social work experience, skills in managing safeguarding inquiries, and complex case work.
The pay rate is set at £35 per hour, with additional expenses for hard-to-recruit areas, such as a £150 accommodation/commuter mileage allowance.
Applicants should have at least three months of relevant experience and will need to register fully with Remedy Social Care.

Due to the current workload, 5 days per week in the office (no exceptions). We are unable to offer hybrid working. (Driving is Essential for this role)

Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team locum SW need to travel county wide and could be covering acutes duty , Pathway 2 beds so need hospital SW experience and also skills to manage safeguarding enquires and complex case work.

Our guarantee:

A consistent pay rate of £35 per hour
Expenses to be added for hard-to-recruit geographical areas (i.e., Cotswolds) - i.e. £150 accommodation/commuter mileage allowance
Two weekly reviews of outstanding vacancies
At least 3-month contract
