- Offer advice and guidance to practitioners (not members of the public or parents) via telephone, email, and occasionally in face-to-face settings such as TAF meetings.
- Provide advice and guidance on the countywide duty line for Tewkesbury and Forest areas, working alongside another social worker.
- Ensure children receive high-quality support at the appropriate level of intervention.
- Collaborate with senior social workers and management for oversight and peer support.
- Participate in a well-established and smoothly operating duty system.
- Experience in MASH (thresholds/triage) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of services in Gloucestershire, including statutory and non-statutory services.
- Familiarity with Gloucestershire’s Levels of Intervention.
- SWE registered
