Salary: £37,948 - £45,718 per annum
Welcome Payment: £4,000
Relocation Allowance: Up to £8,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
About the Role:
We're seeking dedicated and passionate Children's Social Workers to join our dynamic team at Gloucestershire County Council. You'll play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to address complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including health, education, and police.
- Provide support and guidance to families, carers, and young people.
- Participate in court proceedings and case conferences.
- Promote the rights and best interests of children.

Essential Requirements:
- Social Work England registration.
- Relevant social work qualifications (Degree or Diploma level).
- Significant experience working with children and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
