Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic Fostering Agency

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South West of England in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They are a therapeutic fostering agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so it is a very nice place to work for. They have a therapeutic lead and clinician in each office. The Supervising Social Worker will work closely with the clinicians in order to develop their therapeutic fostering skills.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker in this role will oversee a caseload of 10 foster families located around Bristol and Gloucestershire area. You will be providing support and supervision to the foster families.
They offer flexibility with home working, so you don't always have to be in the office in Gloucester.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree also and a driving license.
