Your new company

Haysare seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working with varioussecondary schools in the Gloucestershire area. This role is perfect forindividuals who are passionate about education and have a proven track recordof working with children in an educational setting. We have full-time andpart-time opportunities currently available for September or work flexiblyoffering daily supply to local schools.

Your new role

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence ofteachers.
  • Ensure a positive learning environment ismaintained.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure studentsremain on task.
  • Support students with their learning and address anyquestions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuityof education.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working with young people/leadinglarge groups of kids
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Confidence and good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding
  • Previous cover supervisor experience (Desirable)
