- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, patient, and able to support students in a positive and encouraging way.
- Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential
