SEN Teaching Assistant

At Long-Term Teachers, we are looking for enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individuals to place in fantastic roles ranging from all over South West and Worcestershire.

I am currently looking for an SEN teaching assistant, who is highly experienced with SEN requirements or has had enough of experience in 1:1 roles and feels comfortable supporting pupils with some behavioural or complex needs.

Role requirements

This school requires a candidate who has experience with SEND roles or is extremely able and capable in pastoral care. The role includes working with a pupil that is non-verbal and has complex behavioural needs. This role is full-time and requires the candidate to have confidence and great knowledge in this area of expertise.

For this specific role, it is necessary to have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care. It is extremely important candidates who apply for this role have knowledge of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH requirements,
