The Role

This role is situated in Gloucester and offers an opportunity to work in a pre-school as a SEN 1:1 TA for a young pupil in need of support and guidance. The candidate for this role must have extensive experience with 1:1 roles, be able to quickly adapt and have behavioural management skills.

  • Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

  • Patience and empathy to provide a safe, nurturing environment
