The Role

This role is situated in Gloucester and offers an opportunity to work in a pre-school as a SEN 1:1 TA for a young pupil in need of support and guidance. The candidate for this role must have extensive experience with 1:1 roles, be able to quickly adapt and have behavioural management skills.

Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
Patience and empathy to provide a safe, nurturing environment
Behaviour management experience to address challenges effectively
The ability to adapt to varied settings and student needs
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive
