The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in this South Gloucestershire, BS16 primary school, you'll work closely with teachers to support students with a variety of needs, including learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and physical disabilities. You'll help students engage with the curriculum, monitor their progress, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Beyond the classroom, you'll assist students during breaks and school activities, ensuring their safety and encouraging their social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-on-one or small group support to help students access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
