We are seeking a motivated and caring Student Support Assistant to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. - Full-Time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
- Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply)
- Long Term Temporary with the opportunity to be made permanent
Key Responsibilities as a Student Support Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of abilities.
- Offer 1:1 or small group support to encourage student progress as a Student Support Assistant.
- Promote positive classroom dynamics and assist with behaviour management.
- Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities.
- Support the delivery of lesson plans and contribute to the implementation of educational activities.
