The Role

This specific role would include supporting a small classroom of 6-7 children who range from Year 1 to Year 4 who are awaiting specialist provision. They are all academically at the same stage and the school is looking for a Teacher who ideally has early years/SEN experience as the children are working on EYFS/ KS1 goals. You would have 2/3 teaching assistants within the room and would also have the full support of the Senco as well. The children all have communication and interaction needs.

Role requirements

For this specific role, it is necessary to hold a QTS and/or pastoral care. It is extremely important candidates who apply for this role have knowledge of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant requirements,
