Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse - Multiple Vacancies
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for multiple Cath Lab Nurses to join the team across Gloucester and Cheltenham. This is a six-month block booking available from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Scrub as second operator for a full range of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures, including angiograms, angioplasty, PPCI, IVUS, and rotablation.

Competently set up and scrub for pacing and device procedures, including ICDs and CRTs.

Act as runner nurse for PCI procedures, familiar with emergency drugs and protocols, including pericardial drainage.

Must hold a minimum of Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification and be proficient in conscious sedation and basic airway management.

Demonstrate understanding of IRMER and maintain accurate records of cumulative x-ray exposure for the trust (personal dosimeter required).
Position Details:
- Location: Gloucester & Cheltenham
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Contract Duration: 6-month block booking
- Rates:
- Day Rate: £22.00 per hour
- Night/Saturday Rate: £26.00 per hour
- Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £32.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Experience in Cath Lab procedures and PCI scrubbing
- ILS certification, with skills in conscious sedation and airway management
- Familiarity with IRMER and ability to track cumulative x-ray doses with own dosimeter
