Are you currently an experienced ATM or Advanced Prac looking to make the step up to Team Manager?



This is the perfect opportunity to join a highly regarded council in the South West of England, who are known for in house progression and offering excellent support to their staff.



This roles is in their Children in Care service, where you will become part of a close-knit team thats made up of a Team Manager and Social Workers whowork directly with children in care andUnaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC).



Although being an experienced manager currently is a benefit, the council are happy to consider experienced and supportive advanced practitioners who are able to develop into the leadership role and continue to progress their career.



Salaries range from 50,788 - 52,805



The package includes:

  • welcome payment of 5,000
  • an annual retention payment of 3,000
  • a relocation package of up to 8,000.
  • Flexible working options available, giving you a healthy work life balance
  • generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, and the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year provide added flexibility.
