A reputable independent practice in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor.
The role involves conducting Level 2 and 3 Surveys and some Redbook valuations on a consultancy basis.
The position offers flexible working hours and a fee split with booked appointments.
On Target Earnings range from £30,000 to £50,000 per annum.
Candidates must have a minimum of AssocRICS and VRS, along with a strong background in Building Pathology.

A superb opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our clients, an independent practice with an excellent reputation. Our clients are seeking a qualified Surveyor to carry out Level 2 and 3 Surveys, as well as some Redbook valuations.

This role is available on a Consultancy basis, offering a flexible working pattern with a fee split.

Booked appointments with generous commission split
On Target Earnings of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum

Consultancy Residential Surveyor requirements:

Experienced and qualified
Minimum AssocRICS
VRS
Strong background in Building Pathology
