Your Role:
As our Area Sales Manager, you'll:

Build and Maintain Relationships: Engage with existing clients and seek out new business opportunities.

Achieve Sales Targets: Promote our industry-leading products and services to meet and exceed goals.

Focus Locally: Provide dedicated support and expertise to clients in the West Midlands and Gloucestershire.

Collaborate: Participate in head office meetings (3–6 times annually) and occasionally travel to Ireland to align with company objectives and connect with the broader team.

Innovate: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions for shared success.
About You:
You're someone who is:

Local: Based in or around Birmingham or Gloucester.

Customer-Focused: Excellent at building and nurturing relationships.

Technically Proficient: Understanding of or experience with ultrasonic technology, non-destructive testing (NDT), and/or materials science.

Organised and Self-Driven: Efficient in managing your schedule and territory.

Willing to Travel: Ready for regular travel within the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, plus occasional trips to Ireland.
