- Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving IT issues promptly.
- Lead the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

- Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers and suppliers.
- Deliver training and support to staff, promoting effective use of technology in education.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
- Proven experience in network management, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services such as Office 365.
- Familiarity with IT security protocols, including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
