HGV/ PSV TECHNICIAN
PSV Technician job details
Basic Salary: Up to £42,000 pa / (up to £20,75 p/h)
Hours:5 out of 7 days Shift in rota, (39 hours ) Early - 06:00 - 14:30 and Late's 17:00 - 01:00
1 every 3 or 4 Weekends on rota
Bonus: Overtime available
Overtime and Sundays paid at increased rate
Location: Cheltenham
Skilled & experienced PSV/HGV Technician is required for full time permanent vacancy.
For the PSV/HGV Technician role you will need to have prior PSV Technician experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.
Responsibilities of a PSV/HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of a PSV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Diagnostic experience
