Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Vehicle Fitter to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of heavy duty vehicles.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a range of Public Service Vehicles, with comprehensive training provided to help develop technical skills. Candidates with experience in truck/HGV, rail, automotive, or other vehicle-related industries are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair a variety of vehicles
Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for daily operations.
Perform vehicle repairs on the road as needed.
Collaborate with a team of Electricians, Mechanics, Technicians, and Engineering Managers.
Requirements:
Experience in mechanical/electrical vehicle engineering.
Previous experience with PCV is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Willingness to learn new skills and work with a variety of vehicles.
