Electrical Lecturer - Training Provided

A leading, national business are looking to train qualified electricians to become lecturers, training up apprentices within their award winning centre in Gloucester. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.
  • Conducting practical assessments
  • Carrying out learner progress reviews, updating learner records and monitoring learner progress
  • Flexibility to attend other training centres

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience.
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication skills nurturing and encouraging person
  • A flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
  • Happy to undergo a DBS check
  • Full driving licence

My client is offering an annual salary starting at £33,000 depending on experience, for electricians with lecturing experience, the salary is increased up to circa £38,000
