Job Title: 11-33kV Supervisor, ICP

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Company Van + Tools, Equipment, PPE
Overview: We are seeking an experienced 11-33kV Supervisor to join our team within the ICP sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supervising 11-33kV projects, along with knowledge of NERS (National Electricity Registration Scheme) accreditations. While the role does not require an electrical bias, candidates should have a strong background in overseeing electrical works and managing subcontractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the execution of 11-33kV electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, NERS accreditations, and relevant regulations.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate site activities, ensuring the smooth progression of work while managing multiple subcontractors.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Act as the point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and maintain a focus on project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- NERS accreditation is required, with experience working in a NERS-accredited environment.
- Experience managing 11-33kV projects, with an understanding of the specific requirements and challenges.
- Strong subcontractor management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple parties and maintain high standards of work.
- Experience working on electrical infrastructure projects, with a focus on high voltage systems (not required to be electrically biased).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring the team follows all safety protocols.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the ICP sector is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in site management, such as SMSTS or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
