Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation looking for an Head Of Training & Development to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Of Training & Development professional to lead improvements in performance management, workforce development, and organisational structure as the company continues to grow.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement through internal diagnostics, analysis, and evaluation.
  • Implement structured performance management processes, ensuring effective one-to-ones across the business.
  • Collaborate with managers to update and document job descriptions for all roles.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning and development programmes.
  • Deliver in-person and online training where appropriate.
  • Support the Senior Management Team in reviewing departmental structures, ensuring clear reporting lines and accountability.
  • Provide specialist advice on organisational change, embedding structured change management approaches.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive engagement and standardise best practices across departments.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting organisational change.
  • Experience in Learning & Development, ideally within construction or a 'blue collar’ environment.
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with stakeholders across the business.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Experience in managing and developing online learning content.
  • Full manual driving licence required.
