Are you an energetic and keen individual looking for a new opportunity in warehousing? Our client, a leading organisation in Quedgeley, Gloucester, is seeking a Goods in Operative to join their dynamic team on a 13-week temporary-permanent arrangement.
As a Goods in Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the warehouse operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Process incoming purchase order deliveries with the HHT scanners.
- Warehouse stock replenishment and rotation.
- Product labelling.
- Unloading inbound containers.
- Picking.
- Packing.
- Dispatching customer orders.
Requirements:
- A good level of concentration.
- A good level of attention to detail.
- IT competent.
- Comfortable being on your feet all day.
- Comfortable pushing trolleys around a warehouse.
- The ability to use basic steps and safety ladders to a height of 1.2m (4ft).
- Comfortable with heavy lifting (boxes can weigh up to up to 30kg).
