Are you a hardworking individual looking for a new role? gap personnel are seeking Warehouse/Customer Service Operative to join our dynamic team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse:

- Liaising with drivers on progress of deliveries

- loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

- Accurately sorting, scanning, and preparing parcels for dispatch

- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised.

Customer Service:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat regarding parcel delivery statuses, delays and issues.

- Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions in a professional manner.

- Liaising with the warehouse team and couriers to ensure timely delivery and accurate information for customers

- Monitoring and updating parcel tracking systems

- Professional work ethic.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous Excel experience

- Strong Communication Skills 

- Experience in Customer Service 

- Experience in a Warehouse (not essential)
