We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in professional services and a strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.

Description

  • Conducting audits for a variety of clients across different industries
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Identifying areas of financial risk within an organisation and suggesting improvements
  • Providing guidance to junior team members and overseeing their work
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing expert advice
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to team meetings and offering insights for improvement
  • Staying updated with changes in legislation and accounting standards

Profile

A successful Audit Senior should have:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA or ACA
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
