TPF Recruitment, Surrey's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, are currently partnered with an excellent practice based in the Surrey region.

This small-mid size practice are looking to hire an experienced Qualified Accountant that has experience in a UK based accountancy practice. You will be required to work in a broad role where you'll work across all areas of accountancy, but audit experience is advantageous for this position.

In this role you'll:

  • support clients with their accounting needs, including preparing year-end and management accounts
  • prepare and submit corporate tax and self assessments
  • conducting audits and independent examinations of not-for-profits / charities
  • support junior members of the team, including mentoring them through their studies
  • be responsible for providing excellent client care
Requirements

To be successful with your application you are required to have experience within an accountancy practice, and to work from the office during your initial training. Some flexibility to work hybrid may be agreeable once you are settled and up to speed with the role.

  • ACCA / ACA qualified
  • the desire to progress into an RI position would be advantageous 
  • have experience supporting junior members of the team
