The highest net worth cases have over £1m to invest. Business is busier than ever with 700+ clients in their current setup, and this is growing through referrals and recommendations. They have enough business and high-quality leads coming into their inboxes that they cannot convert due to how busy they are, so there is very substantial untapped business to be had. They have ambitions to expand the business and are looking to maintain it’s independence and they have no intention of joining a larger national firm.A brand-new role is being created within the business for a forward thinking, dynamic and driven Financial Adviser who is either Chartered or on their way to Chartered with a background in an independent firm. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of advising experience and is looking to press forward and establish themselves as a very high-quality Adviser and potentially be a Director of a business in the much longer term. This role will suitable for an individual who is keen to generate new business, attend conferences, seminars, breakfast meetings and networking events. You will be given access to all the incoming enquiries and leads to manage and convert into new business whom have considerable assets to be managed which the fees would more than covers an Advisers’ salary with the potential to earn 6 figure take home pay.A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure including pensions, death in service and very substantial earning potential.
