The Head Chef position will be responsible for preparing food for break, lunch services and any additional hospitality requirements. Reporting to the Executive Chef. They are dedicated to providing quality, fresh and seasonal food, so chefs can create exciting innovative menus.

The ideal candidate will have
-proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food
-Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
-experience working with high numbers
-experienced in managing a large team
Hours:
-Permanent 52 Week contract
-40 Hours per week
-5 Over 7 day shift pattern [working 1 weekend in 3]
-Typical shift 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm
All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application, provide 2 references and have right to work in the UK.
