Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction

  • New Business Development: Proactively seek out new leads and business opportunities to drive company growth

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and internal referrals, ensuring quick and professional responses

  • Sales Support: Prepare quotes, manage product information, maintain up-to-date price lists, and handle sales-related admin tasks

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external sales staff to achieve targets and support business objectives

  • Client Visits: Join senior team members for monthly customer visits, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities

  • Supplier Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends and product developments through regular supplier interactions

  • Sales Performance Tracking: Regularly review and report on sales progress against targets and KPIs in weekly updates and daily check-ins

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience, ideally within the trade industry

  • Strong background in quoting, invoicing, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
