Property Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated Property Paralegal with a keen interest in commercial or real estate development. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and professional environment, focusing on property law.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents related to commercial and real estate development.
  • Conduct legal research and provide support on property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property deals.
  • Manage and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible.
  • Support senior solicitors with the drafting of contracts and lease agreements.
  • Handle correspondence and perform administrative duties related to property law cases.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations in property transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within property law, focusing on commercial or real estate development.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and property law principles.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and the use of legal databases.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Relevant legal qualifications or training in paralegal studies.
