Property Services Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for property services? Join a dynamic team as a Property Services Assistant and make a real impact in maintaining and enhancing residential properties.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the residential team, ensuring the smooth delivery of planned, programmed, reactive, and other property maintenance. You’ll be the backbone of operations, helping to achieve and exceed established standards of practice while ensuring best value.

You will :

  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and reviewing a list of approved contractors for various maintenance works.
  • Liaise with customers on property-related matters and place orders using a bespoke computerised order system.
  • Ensure contractors are promptly and properly instructed, maintaining meticulous records until satisfactory closure.
  • Process payments for property-related invoices and administer scheme-related requirements.
  • Support the management and processing of communal buildings insurance claims.
  • Handle additional administrative duties and record-keeping as instructed.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, courses, and exhibitions to stay ahead in the field.

If you have proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property services, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in computerised order systems and standard office software, we want to hear from you!
