Our client, a successful and growing business provides expert remote and face to face advice to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the UK. They are an experienced team of multi-award-winning professionals who are dedicated to helping clients get the best terms possible. Due to the demands of the business, they are now looking to recruit additional Brokers to assist in expanding the business.

Duties include:

Handling new business enquires via advertising, a lead provider and on-line
Making contact with the clients and arranging remote or face to face meetings
Ensuring clients receive a tailor made/bespoke service
Researching the market to find the best and most appropriate mortgage solution
Cases include BTL, residential, bridging, secured loans, development finance and equity release
Cases are usually up to £800,000 and can be over £1 million
Passing leads externally for Life, Protection, general insurance
Using 27 Tech

Person Criteria:

Ambitious, hardworking and dedicated
Experience of mortgage broking, ideally 2 years +
Able to embrace technology to help you achieve the best results
Comfortable working in a busy/pressurised environment
Friendly team player

Additional information:

Office based, Godalming - hybrid after probation (6 months)
35 hour working week, flexible
Employed option: £35,000 + tiered bonus over threshold
Self employed option: 50/50
On site parking
OTE: likely to be over £70k, £100k achievable
Administration support - once established you will be provided with an Administrator
