Overview:

Overview:

Our client is a very well-established company in the Financial sector and they provide an excellent working environment and training. The Company have a very friendly culture and do occasional Company days and nights out. There is plenty of car parking available for staff members at the front of the building.

Job specification:

  • Using the Company's standard word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software
  • Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order
  • Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request
  • Storing and retrieving papers for follow-up ('pinks')
  • Photocopying
  • Undertaking other tasks at the consultant’s request
  • Production of standard letters on the instructions of the consultant
  • EID checks to be completed
  • All procedures necessary for the production of Financial Statements including emails, letters and telephone calls, scanning, database and uploading

Person specification:

  • Office experience is desired
  • Good knowledge of modern office practices/keyboard entry skills
