JGA are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation looking to add a HRIS Analyst to its team for a 12 month fixed term contract.  Responsibilities include:
  • Act as first point of contact for all HRIS related queries
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Sage People platform
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify system requirements
  • Provide training and support to HR users
  • Generate and analyse reports and metrics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or errors in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Assist with Sage People related projects, such as system implementations
  Skills & experience required:
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role
  • Experience administering Sage People
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
