What You’ll Be Doing- Customer Success: Build strong client relationships and ensure they get the most out of our services.
- IT Consultancy: Guide clients in achieving certifications like Cyber Essentials and align their IT with best practices (e.g., ITIL).
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Client Engagement: Lead client meetings across London and the Southeast to provide hands-on support and strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Reconcile billing against usage, handle basic invoice queries, and ensure all services align with client expectations.
- A customer-first mindset with proven account management or consultancy experience.
- Knowledge of IT services (e.g., ITIL, Cyber Essentials) is a strong advantage.
- A consultative approach to solving client challenges and uncovering opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A valid driving license (for client visits) and the ability to work hybrid after initial onboarding.
- Competitive Pay: £30-£35k basic + OTE of £55k+ with commission.
