Dynamite Recruitment are proudly working with a reputable Financial Services provider in the recruit of a Pension Administration Assistant to join an experienced and welcoming Pensions Admin team! Offering a fantastic benefits package including flexible working hours! As a member Assistant Pensions Administrator, you will provide support to the Pension Administrator and report to the Pension Consultant to provide a dedicated administration and coordination service.  Duties to include:
  • Ensure application information is accurate and complete
  • Generating database records
  • Maintaining and recording client data and transactions
  • Distributing incoming mail 
  • Updating and maintaining database records
  • Generate standard client correspondence
  • Maintaining schedule of dates to process all administrative duties
Desired Skills and experience 
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, and plan own workload 
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office
  • Articulate, with ability to speak to high net worth individuals
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
